  • The Elite partnership begins at the 15U level.

    Up through 14U, athletes remain fully within the Prince William Cardinals youth travel program. At 15U, players have the opportunity to transition into Elite Baseball’s showcase pathway, which offers elevated competition, exposure events, and college-recruiting preparation.

  • No. Transitioning into Elite Baseball is optional, not required.

    The Elite pathway is designed for players and families seeking a showcase-level environment and potential college exposure, but it is not the only path forward. Each family may choose the track that best fits their athlete’s goals.

  • Yes - absolutely.

    Athletes who move into the Elite showcase pathway remain part of the extended Cardinals baseball family. The foundation built within PW Cardinals - development, character, teamwork, and culture - continues with them as they move into the next stage of their baseball journey.

  • There are no changes to the 7U–14U Prince William Cardinals program.

    All team schedules, costs, practice routines, and tournaments for our youth teams remain the same.

    At the 15U level and beyond, Elite Baseball determines showcase schedules, tournament travel, and associated program costs. All information will be clearly outlined to families ahead of tryouts or commitments so expectations are transparent.
